  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All reservations require a valid credit card for payment.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking, and any additional charges incurred during the rental period will be charged upon return of the vehicle.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made [time frame] before the pickup date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Vehicle Use

  • Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and rental agreement terms.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented, including fuel level and cleanliness.

5. Insurance and Liability

  • Renters are responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for the rental vehicle. Proof of insurance may be required at the time of rental.
  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or vehicles.

6. Safety and Maintenance

  • Vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained for safety and reliability. Renters are expected to report any issues immediately.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts.
